Abraham McDonald, who delighted viewers around the globe by winning the “Oprah” show’s National Singing Competition, performed for First Lady Michelle Obama today at a Women for Obama luncheon in Los Angeles. The crowd, supporters of the incumbent president, discussed the 2012 elections and was treated to McDonald’s silky smooth voice.

“I was so honored to have been asked to sing at this event who knows, maybe I’ll get invited to the White House one day, especially because I believe that the letter “O” is a very lucky letter for me!” commented Abraham.
